Hello Kitty Hobonichi Pencil Board for A6, A5, and Weeks
Hobonichi's Hello Kitty Pencil Board adds a smooth writing surface and a dose of retro charm to your planner setup. This plastic mat comes in three sizes: A6, A5, and Weeks. Slide it under the page you're writing on to keep your ballpoint pen from slipping and to stop indentations from showing through to the next sheet. One edge doubles as a metric ruler, and a "Today" tab on the corner lets you use the board as a handy page marker too.
Hello Kitty has been a global pop icon and a driving force behind Japan's kawaii culture since her debut in the 1970s. This collaboration uses her beloved "Hello Kitty Classic" look, with poses created specially for Hobonichi fans.
The A6 My Room design shows Kitty surrounded by her favorite things, like apples and milk, with a goofy grin as she balances a planner on top of her head. The back is a bright, vitamin yellow scattered with her signature ribbons.
The A5 Picnic design catches Kitty and her twin sister Mimmy, who wears a yellow ribbon, enjoying a picnic under a blue sky. Kitty holds a pencil while Mimmy holds a planner, as if the two are deep in conversation about what to write next. The back is covered in apples, Kitty's ultimate happy icon.
The Weeks Toy Box design is packed with Kitty's treasured belongings: stuffed animals, tulips, a paintbrush, and a palette (look closely and you might even spot a tiny Hobonichi Techo hidden among them). The back features a fresh, crisp scene of tulips blooming across a green field.
All three designs capture a cheerful, everyday moment from Hello Kitty's world. Pair one with a matching Hobonichi cover for a delightful accent throughout your planner.
