Hobonichi Pencil Board Happy Tea Time by Iyo Okumi for A6, A5, or Weeks
Add smooth writing and cozy artistic warmth to your daily planning with the Hobonichi Pencil Board, featuring artwork by embroidery artist and illustrator iyo okumi. Known for her simple, romantic creations made with embroidery and colored pencils, she brings her Happy Tea Time series to the 2026 lineup. The prints capture the texture of colorful thread stitched onto linen fabric, filling each board with vibrant animals, flowers, and teatime details.
Each size offers its own scene. The A6 Teapot Shelf lines up teacups, saucers, fruits, biscuits, and an hourglass on the front shelves, with a girl in a dress chatting with a bear on the back. The A5 Taste Good shows a symmetrical, tapestry-like world where earthly animals and fantastical creatures share a peaceful drink together. The Weeks Group Party is a mystical tea party tucked inside a utopian forest, where reality meets the Other World.
Made specifically for each Hobonichi Techo size, the board slides beneath your page to keep your ballpoint pen from slipping and prevent bumpy marks underneath. One corner includes a Today tab to mark your page like a bookmark, while the back edge has 1mm interval markings so it doubles as a ruler.
Pair it with the techo cover and Weeks notebook, also designed with iyo okumi's embroidery, for a matching set.
